Jan 26 Announcements
- WASHED OUT :( all events at Bli Bli for Sat 28th Jan are cancelled Masters Coaching, Competition and Sausage Sizzle will not be held this weekend due to the mushy fields.... but we will re-shedule, so stay tuned.
- Next Training is Thursday 2nd Feb at 4pm: training sessions help to fine tune techniques and skills. Thank-you to Tony Northey for offering his time and knowledge, training is held on thursday afternoons at 4pm except for this week due to Aus Day training is on tuesday. All are welcome to attend for a gold coin donation. Athletes are always welcome to turn up, but it assists in planning if we can let Tony know who is intending to come along, so please let us know either by email or at competition if you think you will be there.
- Committee members needed: Our current committee (of 3) are ready and waiting for anyone who would like to help out and get more involved in running the club, whether it be for a committee position or a specific job. We could really use people to take over treasurer, registrar, canteen convener or secretary as we are currently handling multiple roles. Please let us know and we'll get you going in whatever capacity you'd like to try.
- Fundraising: keeps our fees low while operating with small member numbers. 2-3 BBQs are planned for the second half of the season. Participation in BBQ fundraising is required to receive the helper levy back at the end of the season, so keep an eye out for your chance to help. Contact Deb if you can assist with supplies such as drinks, ice etc.
