Regional Championships (for U7 - U17's) 8th & 9th Feb 2025
We invite all U7 to U17 athletes to enter the Regional Championships Competition on the 8th & 9th February hosted by Sunshine Coast University LAC. There will be no Bli Bli club home meet on this weekend. This event is for any registered athlete from U7 to U17's, who may compete in up to five events. A full range of events is offered so there’s something for everyone. In addition the U15, U16 & U17’s can participate in a heptathlon which comprises 7 events (check the nomination form for events). All competitors receive performance certificates. Athletes in the U9 - U17's placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the finals receive medals and can go on to represent the region at the State Championships. Athletes in the U7 - U8's receive participation medals. SunCoast Region consists of: Bli Bli, Bribie, Caboolture, Caloundra, Cooloola, Deception Bay, Glasshouse, Gympie, Maleny, Maroochy, Nambour, Nanango, Noosa, Sth Burnett, University, Wamuran Please Note: all centres help run this event so Bli Bli will have responsibility to run an event area. We need all our volunteers to help out for a part of the event.
