Rules of Competition 
The Competition will be run under full LAQ rules. 
LAQ Summer Centre Athletes may nominate for a maximum of five (5) individual events. Centres will allocate nominating athletes to appropriate Track and Field Teams. 
LAQ registered athletes must wear the approved LAQ Centre uniform. To view these policies, please click here.

If you or someone you know would like to officiate at this event please speak with a member of your Centre Committee. 
Qualifier for State Relays 
Teams from the U9-U17 age groups that place 1st, 2nd, 3rd will be eligible to progress to the McDonald’s State Relays. For more details about the State Relays use this link.

    By submitting this nomination the athlete is making a commitment to attend the regional Relay Event on 9th November at Nambour.
    Nominating athletes will be placed into teams to compete in at least 1 track event  (2 where possible) and all available field events. Only nominated athletes can compete on the day, so it's very important that all nominating athletes attend for all their track events otherwise other team members will not be able to compete if someone is missing.
